Estimated Price: Ivanhomes will calculate the total costs for construction materials, plant, equipment, waste disposal, and wages. The project will be billed on a day rate basis, with invoicing done every Friday until completion.

Fixed Price: Ivanhomes will determine an estimated price and add 25% to cover costs. A 50% deposit will be invoiced upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. This method guarantees a clear, upfront price for your residential or commercial projects.

Estimates and fixed prices are provisional sums and may change after three months due to fluctuations in the supply of construction materials and changes in governmental services within the UK building industry.

On-site working hours are divided into two four-hour shifts with a one-hour lunch break.

Morning start times depend on the site location and seasonal daylight hours.

Invoices must be paid within one day of receipt to ensure proper cash flow and project completion. Failure to pay will result in legal action and work on-site will cease.
